MORE THAN ONE WAY TO HELP

Not Every Leader Needs a Board Seat.

Some people can serve in ongoing governance. Others are best positioned to advise, mentor, consult on a specific project, introduce partners, or contribute professional services. We welcome conversations about the role that fits your experience and availability.

Board positions carry formal legal and fiduciary responsibilities. Advisory, specialist, partner, and volunteer roles are distinct and will be defined as our structure develops.

WITH GRATITUDE

A Vision Shaped by Many Voices.

We are deeply grateful for the encouragement, insight, and support we've received from so many people throughout our journey—including the Sheriff's Department, community leaders, government officials, nonprofit founders, business professionals, and others who share our belief in creating meaningful opportunities.

These relationships have helped shape our vision, and we look forward to building on them as we assemble the qualified leadership, specialists, and partnerships needed to bring it to life.

A LITTLE PERSONALITY GOES A LONG WAY

Big Vision. Excellent Sense of Humor.

“We've got a big dream, an even bigger to-do list, and enough moving parts to give a project manager nightmares. Now we're looking for the brilliant people who actually enjoy this sort of thing.”

“We're not saying this will be easy. We're saying it'll look fantastic on your résumé when we pull it off.”

“Seeking brilliant minds, generous hearts, and people who don't run screaming when they hear the words ‘ambitious five-year plan.’”
