Healing is more than healthcare. It's finding support, rebuilding confidence, caring for the whole person, and knowing you don't have to do it alone.
Explore the Vision ↓At Do Hard Things, we envision a welcoming Health & Wellness destination where individuals and families can connect with trusted resources for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Whether someone is rebuilding life after incarceration, navigating recovery, coping with trauma, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking healthier habits, they deserve a place to begin.
The goal is to bring qualified organizations and professionals together, making it easier for people to discover services, learn new skills, and build lasting support networks.
Connections to qualified healthcare partners, preventive health education, screenings, and resources for navigating care.
Potential counseling partnerships, stress-management education, peer connection, and trauma-informed support.
Connections to established recovery providers, support groups, and community resources that help people build stable, healthy routines.
Opportunities to explore yoga, gentle movement, mindfulness, and other accessible wellness practices led by appropriate instructors.
Cooking and nutrition education, family wellness workshops, and practical skills for everyday wellbeing.
Workshops, caregiver resources, and welcoming spaces that help families and neighbors find encouragement and connection.
Imagine walking into a place where you aren't defined by your hardest chapter. You're welcomed, listened to, and connected with people who can help you take the next step. Maybe that starts with a wellness workshop, a support group, a referral to a qualified provider, or simply someone who makes you feel seen.
Now imagine you're leading a health or wellness nonprofit. Instead of working in isolation, you can explore shared space, cross-referrals, collaborative programming, and relationships with other organizations across the Mall of Dreams.
We hope to create space for healthcare organizations, licensed professionals, mental-health and recovery nonprofits, wellness educators, and other community partners to collaborate. The campus could offer shared program space and room for nonprofits to grow, helping more people find the right support in one connected community.
This is a proposed part of the future Do Hard Things campus, not a currently operating clinic or treatment center. Specific programs and services will depend on future partners, funding, professional oversight, licensing, and community needs.
Are you a healthcare professional, wellness educator, nonprofit leader, volunteer, or supporter? We welcome conversations about how this vision can serve our community.
