The Transitional Housing Village · Future Campus VisionA Second Chance Needs Somewhere to Begin.
Different journeys. Different needs. One place to begin again.
Our vision begins with people leaving incarceration who need stability, structure, and a genuine opportunity to rebuild. The proposed village also includes distinct housing pathways for families and others overcoming hardship.

Why housing mattersThe Bridge Between Release and Independence
A successful transition does not end at the jail door. The proposed Transitional Housing Village is designed to connect safe housing with accountability, mentorship, recovery resources, job readiness, family stability, and community support. Each part of the village has a distinct purpose—and together, they create a pathway toward lasting independence.

Outcomes We Hope to Advance
Reduced recidivism, long-term recovery, stronger families, employment and education, stable permanent housing, and healthier, safer communities. These are goals—not outcomes already achieved by a housing program.
